Are you an Alexander Technique teacher or student?
Are you interested in how Alexander Technique and CranioSacral therapy complement each other? Then this page is for you.
To truly release your potential and to be effortlessly balanced and upright a number of conditions need to be met. One of them is recognition and healing of trauma. Since I started studying CranioSacral therapy in 2001 I discovered that the impact of trauma interferes with poise and balance through the connective tissue of the body. Particularly the connective tissue that covers the spinal cord and attaches to the inside of the skull and the sacrum. CranioSacral Therapy facilitates a specific release which in turn enhances the postural reflexes. This is how CranioSacral Therapy and the Alexander Technique complement each other beautifully.
From May 6th till May 2012 I will give a one week course in Tuscany, Italy especially for qualified Alexander Teachers. This course will provide an in depth "hands on" possibility for you to explore how both disciplines influence each other. You can download the leaflet for the course here:

You are welcome to book sessions with me in Amsterdam. I can recommend a wonderful Bed & Breakfast close to my practice which offers a good price and where you will be comfortable.
