When I was 23 I was denied a job, the reason I was given was that my posture was appalling.
Soon after I found out about the Alexander Technique and through attending lessons my posture improved fast and I discovered what it meant to be able to move with joy, ease and grace.

In 1993 I signed up for the three year training course in Amsterdam from which I graduated in 1996. In that same year I set up my own practice in Amsterdam.
 
Since 2011 I am a CranioSacral therapist and I practice both disciplines. The Alexander Technique facilitates poise and balance. With CranioSacral Therapy I can signal and resolve underlying problems which can be the cause of tension and restrictions. It is my passion to share the insights I have gained through more than 18 years of experience to help others release their potential.
 
Since 2008 I am an equine CranioSacral Therapist. More information on my work with horses can be found on my site: www.paardencranio.nl
